At Golfer Fit, we’re confident our training aids and products will help improve your golf game and fitness. We stand behind everything we sell with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If any product you purchase from us doesn’t help improve your game or meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line
2. Include a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item (your feedback helps us improve!)
3. You’ll receive return instructions within 1-2 business days
4. Package your item securely with all original packaging

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items should be returned in “like new” condition with original packaging
• Products returned in like-new condition will receive full product price refund (shipping costs excluded)
• Items returned without original packaging or not in like-new condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. You’ll receive an email confirmation that your return was received
2. We’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
3. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
4. You’ll receive email notification when the refund is processed
5. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and photos of the defect if possible
3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately
