SECTION 18 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Golfer Fit makes every effort to ship orders in a timely manner but the following should be noted:
Orders placed on official federal holidays will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Weekends do not count as delivery days for standard shipping methods.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST are not guaranteed to be shipped until the following business day.
Golfer Fit reserves the right to cancel and refund a shipment for any reason, including but not limited to:
The item is not in stock
The shipping cost is incorrect
Problem with the delivery address
The item is drop-shipped and cannot be guaranteed
Please note that items that are drop-shipped (shipped directly from a manufacturer or alternative location) may not be eligible for free shipping promotions. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with these items. We reserve the right to update and modify shipping fees as necessary for drop-shipped items.
SECTION 19 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost for international shipments. To the extent such fees or taxes are due and payable, they shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Golfer Fit makes no representations or warranties with regard to the amount of such taxes or fees. Customer accepts all responsibility for payment of applicable duties, taxes and fees and acknowledges that they will not be refunded for any shipments subsequently abandoned.
